Sales FAQs

What are some of the benefits of buying a new Genesis?

Purchasing any luxury model has its perks, but owning a new Genesis is a step even farther. Not only will it have a clean history and flawless driving record, but it will be stocked with the latest technology and safety updates. Drive with even greater peace of mind with the generous new car warranty, and enjoy the rich leathers, comfortable seating, convenient features and more in your brand-new Genesis.

What are some of the benefits of buying a used car?

If you're searching for a model with exceptional quality but a smaller price tag, look no further than our selection of pre-owned vehicles. Our inventory has many options available, including a variety of makes, models, body styles and model years. Every pre-owned model that's listed online or available in store has been thoroughly inspected by our certified technicians before receiving our stamp of approval, so you can trust that it'll be a great car for a long time after purchase.

What are the benefits of driving a hybrid or all-electric vehicle?

There are many benefits of driving an electrified model. We love our all-electric Genesis models because they give our customers the perks of never stopping at another gas station again or paying for engine maintenance, oil changes or engine air filter replacements. Sleek, efficient and sustainable, all-electric vehicles are the way of the future. Hybrid and plug-in hybrid models are a great alternative to gas, too, especially since most electrified vehicles qualify for state and federal tax incentives. Check it out for yourself by visiting the Alternative Fuels Data Center's website and selecting your state.

Service & Parts FAQs

Why should I bring my car to a dealership for service?

When you drive a model with the prestige and sophistication of a Genesis, you wouldn't want just any mechanic fumbling around. You want the specialized team of technicians here at Genesis of Cumming to complete your vehicle repairs. From simple oil changes to more extensive maintenance, our technicians have seen it all. Our accurate diagnostic equipment and our knowledge and training of the Genesis brand give our customers the peace of mind that a local repair shop just can't equal. Plus, we're the only ones who can honor your vehicle's warranty, and we only use genuine OEM parts for replacements. Schedule your next service appointment online today.

How often should I have my vehicle’s oil changed?

We recommend having your vehicle's oil changed every 7,500 to 10,000 miles or according to the recommended maintenance schedule outlined in your owner's manual. That number used to be much lower — around every 5,000 miles or so — but because of the innovations in engine performance, most models won't need an oil change that often.

When should I replace my car's tires?

Sometimes you can just look at your vehicle's tires and tell that the tread has worn down significantly, but if you're unsure, we have a simple test you can complete at home. If you have a penny around, place it in the grooves of one of your tires with Lincoln's head facing down. See the top of Lincoln's head? Schedule an appointment with our team for a tire replacement — we can help you find the best set of tires for your model today.
